SHAPE's Ultimate Butt Workout

        Here is a link inspired by a friend who had recently mentioned that she would like to lift and tone her butt. These are some really great exercises to try out. Not only will they help tone your booty but will develop or improve important muscles for balance and posture. Remember, don’t push yourself… if it hurts subside from performing that exercise and try another. * (Always try and maintain proper alignment: pelvis tuck slightly forward, chin slightly raised, neck and spine elongated as if a string is lifting you from the top on your head.)* Get it girl!
